Refund Policy
Our system is designed to be fair. If a job fails due to a server error or a processing issue on our end, 100% of the credits are automatically refunded to your account instantly.
You are not charged for:
- 400 Bad Request errors (validation failures)
- 401 Unauthorized errors
- Jobs that fail processing
Checking Your Balance
You can check your remaining credit balance at any time via the API:
